I almost died in 2005. I should not be here today. With much difficulty, I've cut through the subsequent rabbit trail so your journey is easier. Note that this page is still a work in progress.
I haven't updated it since 2023, so some of the information is out of date, but the idea is roughly the same.

Hydrocarbon Conspiracy.

You replace a halogen or fluorescent light bulb with LED to save on lighting costs.
What's to say we can't replace the gas in an air conditioner with something more energy efficient?
Backed by Australian Standards, legal in every other state (but most technicians have their heads buried in the sand). The safety procedures are simple to follow.
There's a dodgy ring of so called "charities" involved behind the process too (for laundering money?).
